A nutritionally complete infant milk which is suitable for the dietary management of colic and constipation from birth onwards.
HiPP Comfort special formula is suitable from birth onwards and is formulated for children who experience flatulence, colic, bloating, constipation, and is also suitable for allergy-prone babies. HiPP Comfort contains significantly reduced lactose content compared to conventional milking, for easily digestible milk sugar. Milk protein may be a critical factor that triggers allergies so with the use of protein cleavage the proteins are split into small protein-building blocks, which feels less foreign to a baby’s system and therefore easier to digest. It also contains a special fat structure which is particularly easier to digest for a baby’s developing digestive system. HiPP formula was founded based on results from years of scientific research, so it has everything necessary for a baby’s development, such as Vitamins A, C, and D. Vitamin D is essential for calcium absorption and bone growth and omega 3 & 6 LCPs, which are found in breast milk, are long chains of polyunsaturated fatty acids that help babies with brain and eye development. It also contains prebiotic, galactooligosaccharides (GOS), which helps with a baby’s stool and aids in healthy gut flora. HiPP understands the many different needs of babies and has something for every child.
Our Comfort milk has been specially developed with a reduced lactose content, and hydrolysed protein compared to standard infant formulas. It can be used from birth as a sole source of nutrition or as part of a varied weaning diet from six months. Legislation does not allow any specialist milks, such as comfort formulas, to be certified organic, however you can be reassured that our comfort milk has been made to our usual high standards and strict quality controls.
