Wholegrain Rice Flakes (60%), Wholegrain Millet Flakes (23%), Linseeds (9%), Wholegrain Buckwheat Flakes (8%)
Hob: Cook for 4-8 minutes stirring constantly until the desired consistency is reached.
Microwave: Cook for 3 minutes (650W) then stir and leave for 1 minute.
