Description
An asteroid hits a remote forest near to the magnetic North Pole, causing one of the most fortunate natural disasters ever recorded. Magnetic rocks started to behave in a strange way: they moved and rotated over each other. Small rough and ready pieces of beech wood start to look altogether human with parts resembling heads, arms, feet…
Over several hundred years, these rocks have evolved and become lively and powerful magnets, they have fused with pieces of wood, and are now fully humanoid, to create the fun and multifaceted woonkis.
The woonkis are agile and versatile. Their movements, produced using magnets, allow them to move and rotate all the parts of their bodies with ease. They also take care of the planet, because their character is inspired by nature and the materials they are made from: magnets and wood.
The woonkis are made up of 11 beech wood pieces with embedded magnets and metallic joints. They come in a 4.7 x 4.7 x 6.7 inches box that weighs 7 ounces,
Characteristics

In order to assemble your woonkis you don’t need any tools or glue; there are tiny magnets embedded in its pieces that make them attract each other.

Here at wodibow we want you to play with your woonkis for life, but we wouldn’t want their pieces to be indestructible for 1,000 years.

The woonkis are supple and flexible: magnetic joints allow them to move and rotate all the parts of their bodies with ease.
